- The room unclean. Burn holes on bedsheets. Bedsheets very dirty. No soap or shampoo provided. Walls cracks with all the paint came out. Cigarette ashes on dressing table. No kettle to heat up. I had no choice to remind stay there because it’s already late and I have to attend my friend wedding. Receptionist so rude to me. Because I used their hotel towel and got dirty. So, they said will deduct from deposit when I told them it will came off when wash it, I’m a 5month pregnant woman. But the receptionist didn’t care and shouted at me. He Even asked to get out when I’m politely talk to him. I’m felt depressed and left.

TV only have RTM channel, the toilet is stuck dab right in the middle of the bathroom. The cleanliness of the room could be better

We had a thorn and rotten towel being reasons other towels were in laundry. I would suggest u not to provide any towels temporarily rather than u provided us such lousy towels. This is to hold the good image of your hotel. Others, were good and value for money.
